Abu Dhabi has issued regulations on the property ownership in the emirate, a move industry experts say would ‘boost investors’ confidence’.
General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in his capacity as the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council (ADEC), has issued resolution no 64 of 2010 on regulations of property ownership.
